During festive sales or high order volume, processing may take an additional 1β2 days. Weβll notify you in case of delays.
Standard Delivery: 3β7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer based on courier availability.
Free shipping is available for selected items and promotional offers.
For other products, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery location and total order weight.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

Fashionner ships via trusted global logistics partners (FedEx, DHL, Aramex, India Post, etc.) for safe and trackable delivery.
We ship to most countries on a DDP (Door Delivery) basis, meaning customs clearance and duties are often handled upfront β no hidden charges at deliveryΒ and DDU Method with Exceptional cases if Provision is not available for DDP only
However, in some countries, local VAT/GST/import fees may apply per local regulations. These remain the buyerβs responsibility if not prepaid.
Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once your package leaves our warehouse.
Some destinations may show limited tracking updates depending on local postal systems.
Customers must ensure their ordered products comply with their countryβs import laws.
If an item is restricted or held by customs, Fashionner is not liable for delays, seizure, or additional fees.
All shipments are insured for damage or loss during transit.
In the rare event of a lost or stuck shipment, we will reship the item or issue a suitable replacement/refund after verification.
Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible due to fast processing.
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase only.
After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted.
As per our operational policy, once an order is confirmed and dispatched, refusal to accept delivery is not permitted.
In such cases, Fashionner reserves the right to take necessary legal or administrative action.
