  • India: GST is applicable and included for Indian orders as per the law.
  • International: Orders shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) have duties included at checkout. For any exceptional DDU shipments, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Fashionner is not responsible for delays imposed by international customs authorities.

💳 7. Orders, Billing & Payments

  • Fashionner operates on a strict 100% prepaid order basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders may be cancelled or refused in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping, and contact information.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

🚚 8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays due to courier operational issues, customs clearance, extreme weather, strikes, or force majeure are beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the carrier.

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

No returns are accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size/color selection by the customer post-dispatch.
  • Final sale, clearance items, or intimate/hygiene items (unless defective upon arrival).

Note: International buyers are 100% responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs unless the item arrived defective.
