A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please contact our sales for a stock list.

A: we can ship out your order in 48 hours if the items you selected are in stock ,for main order usually it takes 7 to 10 days to arrange the production .depending on the order quantity & styles.

A: Our moq is 50 to 100 pcs depend on the designs .

Q4 ,How much is the mould charge ?
A:Mould charge is about 18USD to 24USD depend on the design ,we will refund you the mould charge when the order qty is more than 200PCS 

Q5,How long to produce a customized design ?
A: our production time is around 7 days to make a new mould .for the main customized order ,production time is 7 to 15 days

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
