🔁 Fashionner Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

🧾 General Policy Overview
Fashionner operates on a strict 100% prepaid order model.
All orders are carefully processed, quality-checked, and shipped globally as per the customer's exact selection.
We highly encourage customers to review product details, sizing, specifications, and pricing carefully before placing an order, as orders once confirmed are considered final, subject strictly to the terms below.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 (seven) days of delivery. To qualify for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping), the return must be for a valid and verifiable reason, such as:
- Damaged product received upon arrival
- Defective or malfunctioning item
- Wrong product received (different from order)
- Missing item(s) in the package
*Note for General Returns: If you are returning an item simply because you are unsatisfied, the item must be 100% unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
❌ Non-Eligible Conditions
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- The product is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging, factory tags, manuals, or accessories are missing.
- The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- The item is marked as Clearance or "Final Sale".
📝 Return Authorization (Mandatory)
All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA) from our team.
To request a return:
- Email us at support@fashionner.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number, the reason for return, and clear photo/video evidence of the item and its packaging.
Returns sent to our facility without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
🌍 International Orders & Shipping Costs

Company Error: If we shipped a damaged or incorrect item, Fashionner will cover the replacement and shipping costs.

Customer Preference / Standard Returns: If an international customer wishes to return an eligible item, the customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes booking the international courier and paying any customs duties required for the package to safely re-enter India.
- Original import duties, VAT, or local taxes paid at checkout (DDP) or at destination are strictly non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For international exchanges based on size/color preferences, customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original item and the shipping fee for the new item.
- Once the returned item passes our facility inspection, the exchange will be approved and processed.
💸 Refunds
Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Indian facility:
- Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Mode
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only:
- Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking / PayPal.
- No cash or alternate refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
⚠️ Original shipping charges, handling fees, and customs duties are strictly non-refundable unless the return is due to a verifiable error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).
🚫 Invalid Refund Reasons (Not Accepted)
The following are not valid reasons for a free return or full refund:
- Buyer no longer wants the item or changed their mind after dispatch.
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- Delay caused by international customs clearance or courier weather delays beyond our control.
- Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer at checkout.
Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding purchase contract with Fashionner.
❌ Order Cancellations
Before Shipping
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 6 hours of placing the order.
- If order processing and warehouse dispatch have already started, cancellation is not possible.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Refusal of delivery at your doorstep will not qualify for a refund. You must accept the package and go through the formal Return Authorization process.
🚚 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Clearance or heavily discounted items.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, premium hair toupees/wigs).
🧾 Evidence Requirement
To process any return, refund, or damage claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photos and/or an unboxing video.
- Images of the outer packaging and the original shipping label.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence will be rejected to prevent fraud.
