Fashionner operates on a 100% prepaid order model.
All orders are carefully processed, quality-checked, and shipped as per customer selection.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, specifications, and pricing carefully before placing an order, as orders once confirmed are considered final, subject to the terms below.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 (seven) days of delivery, only under valid and verifiable reasons, such as:
Damaged product received
Defective or malfunctioning item
Wrong product received (different from order)
Missing item(s) in the package
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
Product is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Original packaging, tags, manuals, or accessories are missing
Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
Issue is based on personal preference or change of mind
All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA).
To request a return:

Mention Order Number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to product availability
To complete an exchange, customers must place a new order
Once the returned item passes inspection, the exchange is approved
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2โ3 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only:
UPI / Card / Net Banking / Wallets
No cash or alternate refunds allowed
โ ๏ธ Shipping, COD (if any), customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The following are not valid reasons for return or refund:
Buyer no longer wants the item
Change of mind after placing the order
Found the product cheaper elsewhere
Delay caused by courier or customs beyond our control
Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer
Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding purchase contract with Fashionner.
Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order
If order processing has already started, cancellation may not be possible
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
Refusal of delivery will not qualify for a refund
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect:
Clearance or discounted items
Personalized or customized products
Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
International orders (subject to customs rules)
International orders may be subject to customs inspection
Import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the buyerโs responsibility
Returns for international orders are evaluated case-by-case
To process any return or refund, customers must provide:
Clear photos and/or unboxing video
Images of outer packaging and shipping label
Claims without evidence may be rejected.
